His trial was set to begin last Monday but was postponed pending a plea agreement that was entered into Thursday. In the plea agreement, Lewan plead guilty to two lesser misdemeanors, disorderly person drunk and disturbing the police.

The deal includes probation, with the length to be set at his sentencing, anger management classes, no contact with the victims, no alcohol or illegal substances, and restitution of $1,714 to Ryan Munsch.

He will be back in court on December 15 for sentencing.

check out his body language...COM-pletely unfazed...scratching his belly, rocking back on feet, swinging entire upper torso toward lawyer with both hands casually in pockets, the relaxed smiles- is this what privilege and entitlement look like- not a care in the world when you are a football player charged with multiple crime cuz I was way more nervous than this being in traffic court for a non-moving violation last week! And much more respectful (in composure, attitude, eye contact, and dress) I might add. Oh to have someone else paying for a lawyer!
